Procedure

Mix ingredients of phase A, except Dow Corning 9040 silicone elastomer blend, and stir until mixture is homogenous. Add Dow Corning 9040 silicone elastomer blend and mix until homogenous. Mix ingredients of phase B under sufficient agitation to obtain a homogenous mixture. Add phase C to phase B while mixing. Add the mixture slowly to phase A and increase stirring speed while adding. Continue mixing for an additional 15 minutes. Add phase D and mix. Continue mixing for an additional 5 minutes.

Stable for at least eight months at room temperature at 40°.
